Returns & Exchanges

At EWO Clothing, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
